General Delivery Conditions

Vaya Fashion delivers across UAE and worldwide with the delivery methods outlined below:

• UAE – local courier
• GCC – DHL shipping
• Rest of the world – DHL shipping

If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us at contact@vayafashion.com and we will provide the tracking number that can be used at www.dhl.com for international shipping.

Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. We do not store other personal identifiable information.

• We aim to get most orders dispatched within 10-14 days or sooner, subject to the item specifications, credit card clearance, item availability, time & date of order, address verification and shipping time. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.
• We ship international via DHL courier services. Based on the delivery destination country, items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• If for any reason the delivery is rejected or if the customer is unavailable to receive the order, the item will be returned to Vaya Fashion and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
• For orders delivered in UAE and GCC countries, Vaya Fashion offers free shipping. International delivery fees will be mentioned at the checkout page.
